History of COOL
Continental Owner Operators, LTD. (COOL), a Montana Association, was formed in 1995 as a Safety Association to benefit Owner Operators. Over the past years, the Association evolved and reaps the benefits of the purchasing power of a group, yet is tailored to each individual's needs.
