Kent Dreessen

Kent Dreessen...Executive Director for Continental Owner Operators, Ltd. Kent has been with COOL since its inception in 1995, and in the trucking insurance arena since 1988. He is licensed in Property, Casualty and Surety as well as Life, Health, Disability and Surplus Lines. In 1993, Kent received an insurance designation from The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC). He holds a BS degree from the University of South Dakota in Business Management. Kent is married to Stacy and they have two children.

Keri McFate

Keri McFate....Customer Service Agent for Continental Owner Operators Ltd. Keri joined the COOL team in December 2003. She is a licensed Property, Casualty and Surety agent as well as Life, Health and Disability. In 2009, Keri received Great West Casualty Company STAR designation, which stands for Specialist in Transportation and Risk. She holds an Associates degree in Administrative Assistant from Montana State University, College of Technology. Keri has one child.

Dawn Achten

Dawn Achten...Customer Service Agent for Continental Owner Operators Ltd. She joined the COOL team in January 2008. She is a licensed Property, Casualty and Surety agent as well as Life, Health and Disability. Dawn is married to Rob and has one child.

Patrick Rickard

Patrick Rickard…Producer for Continental Owner Operators, Ltd. He joined the COOL team in June of 2010. Patrick is licensed in Property, Casualty and Surety, as well as Life, Health, and Disability. Patrick has been a business owner for most of his life and brings that experience to bear as an advocate of his clients. Patrick is married to Jenny and they have 4 children.
